Entry Level Change Manager (Infrastructure) Full Time 200 Constitution Ave, NW, Washington, DC Clearance: Public Trust Overview Applica is currently seeking a Change Manager to develop, document, and update annually OCIO’s Enterprise IT Infrastructure Configuration Management Plans for the systems that include pertinent information, such as roles, responsibilities, and configuration management processes and procedures; Define Configuration Items (CI) for OCIO’s Enterprise IT Infrastructure information systems and ensure these items are controlled through OCIO’s Change Request process IWA DOL Policies and guidance; Use established methods for identifying Configuration Items (CI) throughout the SDLC and manage the baseline of the configuration items. Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing, documenting, and maintaining baseline configurations for OCIOs enterprise IT infrastructure to include: hardware, software, and firmware throughout the SDLC. The baselines must include:
  • Revision number
  • List of hardware, software, and firmware components
  • Updated patch information when applicable
  • Documenting logical placement within the systems’ architecture.
  • Ensuring that configuration management processes of OCIO enterprise IT infrastructure is consistent with the DOL Enterprise Architecture and Federal Enterprise Architecture.

  • Working closely with stakeholders to implement, maintain, and troubleshoot Shape / Akamai web application firewall appliances across select customer applications and ensuring its peak performance.
  • Working closely with other cybersecurity groups to coordinate and de-conflict protective measures.
