Applica Solutions, Inc awarded Information Technology Technical Support - VistA Migrations contract (VETS2 GWAC Task Order) by Department of Veterans Affairs

Applica Solutions, Inc., has been awarded Information Technology Technical Support - VistA Migrations contract by Department of Veterans Affairs to support the mission of Office of Information & Technology (OIT), Health Benefits Memorial Corporate (HBMC) to support the Electronic Medical Record for all Veterans across the United States by performing maintenance, operational, and enhanced work involving; Standardization of Class I and Class II routines as required to allow for analysis and transition to Cerner Electronic Health Record (EHR) at a future date and Remediation of Class I and Class II code.

Applica Solutions, Inc., has been awarded the Web Application Security Assessment by the Department of Labor, Mine Safety Health Administration to provide an extensive review of the agency sub-system inventory in order to gain more visibility into the risk profile of each sub-system, existing security controls and gaps that can inform agency management on remediation plan of action and milestones.

Applica Solutions, Inc awarded PIMA Maintenance and Enhancement contract by Department of Education

Applica Solutions, Inc., has been awarded Payment Integrity Monitoring Service (PIMA) Maintenance and Enhancement contract by the Department of Education to support the mission of Financial Management Operations (FMO) of Office of Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) to identify and report programs that are susceptible to improper payments. Applica perform quick-turn tasks, business process analyses, assessments and testing, among other activities, to support Financial Management Operations (FMO) and other offices within the Department in the areas of: i) Payment Integrity ii) Enterprise Risk Management iii) End-to-End Data Analytics Production Process - “Data to Decision (D2D)” iv) Payment Reporting.

Applica Solutions, Inc., has been awarded the VETS 2 contract by the Small Business Governmentwide Acquisition Contracts Division of GSA. In an effort to continue striving towards excellence in serving our clients, Applica Solutions, Inc. has implemented the Best Practices to achieve Capability Maturity Model Integration for Development (CMMI-DEV V1.3) & SCAMPI A V1.3b. Our staff had undergone training for each process area and have demonstrated their knowledge during the appraisal process and through the successful implementation and demonstration of the practice to the SCAMPI Lead appraiser.
