Manassas, VA, July 31, 2023 - We are pleased to share that Applica Solutions Inc has been awarded a contract to support the MySBA Unified Experience Structure by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). This high value, high visibility contract encompasses the establishment of an agency wide enterprise data architecture, an agency wide enterprise CRM, an SSO solution to simplify Citizen login across most SBA properties, observability, measurability and analytics across a significant number of systems within the SBA. Our team, comprised of seasoned, cross-functional professionals skilled in agile practices, human-centered design, and modern software development, will collaborate closely with the SBA to enhance program delivery across the agency. Leveraging human and user-centered design techniques and product management methods, we aim to develop an initial product vision, product roadmap, and MVP scope and execute the roadmap towards final delivery. The objective of the MySBA Unified Experience Structure is to improve program delivery across the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) by unifying all external customer-facing programs with modern technology. The initiative aims to improve the digital customer experience, reduce inefficiencies in SBA operations, and maximize investments in technology. The project involves the development and launch of the MySBA Customer Experience Initiative for end-users, which will be an enterprise integration/unification of CRM, data, and reporting, enabling the SBA to track all customer touchpoints related to SBA services.
