Applica Solutions and RoarTech Form Strategic Partnership to Deliver Secure, Governed AI to Federal Agencies

MANASSAS, VA, October 27, 2026: Applica Solutions, Inc., an SDVOSB and HUBZone-certified federal IT services firm, today announced a strategic teaming partnership with RoarTech Inc., developer of the Enclavia.ai governed AI platform. Under the partnership, the two companies will pursue and deliver federal AI work together as “Team Applica.”

Federal agencies are under pressure to move AI from pilots into production while protecting sensitive data, meeting authorization requirements, and keeping officials accountable for decisions. Team Applica addresses this by combining Applica’s experience delivering cybersecurity, cloud engineering, and data engineering programs for agencies including USDA, SBA, and DHS with Enclavia.ai, RoarTech’s sovereign agent management platform, which lets agencies build, onboard, and monitor AI agents on models and data they control.
