The ECM solution will modernize the existing IRS case management capability to achieve the business objectives outlined in this section through establishment of a COTS‐based, end‐to‐end, integrated case management solution that aligns to IRS IT future state goals, adheres to IRS IT architectural principles, and operates within IRS operational and technical constraints.
