MANASSAS, VA, September 29th, 2021—Applica Solutions, Inc., has been awarded to support Northpoint Expansion by the Internal Revenue Service. In this effort, we assist the Government to provide support to the User and Network Services (UNS) organization for support the implementation of the new Fresno Call center. IRS User and Network Services (UNS)/Enterprise Field Operations (EFO) provides Deskside Services support to approximately 100,000 customers nationwide. There are additionally approximately 450 remote locations that may require Deskside Services under this task order.
